I Like These Weapons

Why do I like those weapons? Because there are so many of them. Why are there so many of them? Because different weapons are used for different situations. What kind of situations? Survival situations. What sort of survival situations? Water, Land and Snow.
Yeah? Desert! If there is a plane crash and you land in the middle of the ocean, you want to make sure you have some sort of floatation device with you and fluids to drink. So, doesn't every aircraft come with some sort of under the seat floatation device? Yeap, but why depend on theirs, when you can bring yours and you know that it works. Because every second counts. But, isn't that a bit much to try to get on the plane with? How much is a life worth? Or, better yet how much is your life worth? Priceless! Oh yeah. How about getting through airport security? Well, with survival gear, you just bring it on the plane with your carryon. We aren't talking about an AK-47 or anything like that. We're talking about a cotton ball for kindling for starting a fire with or on and a mirror to redirect the sun needed to start a fire. Hmm, very interesting. What else would I need? A level head. About just a fresh haircut. Nope, that's not going to work. Anything else I need to bring with me? Yep, a flashlight that you can put on a key chain. But I normally leave my keys at home. Okay, you just make sure that you bring a flashlight and leave it in your carryon bag. Just a small light to help you find your way in an event of a plane crash or you need a moment of light to evacuate. Pretty cool, but the picture shows quite a few weapons and I don't see a mirror or flashlight in the picture. The picture is just an example of things that we make available to those interested in purchasing some survival gear and yes, we have mirrors and flashlights. How about an indestructible 8-inch blade knife and it really works. It works on what? Trees, arms, legs, thumbs, it sent me to the hospital and the blade didn't give, I did. So, you survived that episode? Just barely. So, what the purpose of this blog? To inform the everyday Internet user that there is a need to survive for every situation. Take for example, the 9-11 incident or any number of harrowing experiences carried out throughout the world everyday. Do you feel safe? It depends on your definition of safe. You should use more of a word like alert, when I am in a situation where there is little light. I feel alert realizing that I am ready for any situation and I want this blog to prepare the citizen for any such situation.
